Welcome to Evoke Event Co.
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, accountability, and smooth execution of all events and services rendered by our team.
1. Scope of Services
Evoke Event Co. offers end-to-end event planning, management, and coordination services. This includes (but is not limited to) wedding planning, destination weddings, venue styling, guest hospitality, vendor management, and corporate/social event production. All services are customized and delivered as per the client-approved quotation and agreed scope of work.
2. Booking & Advance
To confirm any booking with Evoke Event Co., an advance payment of 25% of the total project value is mandatory. This advance secures your event date, allows us to begin preparations, and covers initial commitments and pre-event work initiated on your behalf.
3. Non-Refundable Advance Policy
The advance amount paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including client-initiated cancellations, rescheduling, postponements, or any other unforeseen situation. This policy applies regardless of whether the event proceeds in full, in part, or not at all.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Should the client wish to reschedule the event, it will be subject to Evoke Event Co.’s availability and approval. Additional costs may apply due to revised timelines, vendor availability, or material charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely approvals, accurate information, and payments as per the agreed schedule. Delays from the client’s side may affect event execution, for which Evoke Event Co. will not be held responsible.
6. Force Majeure
Evoke Event Co. shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or disruption in services caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or accidents.
7. Limitation of Liability
Evoke Event Co. is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience that may occur during or in relation to the event. This includes but is not limited to property damage, vendor failure, delays, or personal disputes.
8. Vendor Management
While we coordinate with experienced vendors on your behalf, Evoke Event Co. acts solely as an intermediary and will not be liable for third-party vendor performance. The client agrees to settle vendor-related disputes, if any, directly with the respective vendor.
9. Use of Photos & Event Content
Unless explicitly instructed in writing, Evoke Event Co. reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and content from your event for promotional purposes, including digital and print media.
