ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the lookout for a smart, dynamic, and motivated individual to join us as our Event Operations & Partnerships Executive — someone who’s not just organized, but also a people person. This isn’t just an operations job — it’s a client-facing, relationship-building, execution-driven role where every day is different.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up
- Pitch our services to potential clients, influencers, and partners
- Build and maintain relationships with venues and vendors
- Create basic presentations, proposals, and client communication
- Help with budgeting, logistics, and internal coordination
- Support social media ideas and event documentation (optional but a plus)
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of events or hospitality industry
- Confident in client pitching and presentations
- Comfortable with tools like Google Drive, Excel, WhatsApp, Canva, etc.
- Willing to travel for events and work flexible hours
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Preferred: Background in Event Management, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Marketing, or similar
- Internship or prior experience in event coordination, client servicing, or sales is a plus
